If you are contacted by companies attempting to sell you this information, please note that we are NOT affiliated with any such companies and we strongly recommend that you do not provide them with any of your information. If you would like to make a hotel reservation for the National Conference, please visit the accommodation page for information and reserve your room directly with the hotel.

Registration

The conference registration fee includes all sessions, the opening reception, breakfasts, lunches, health breaks and the Tuesday reception and dinner.

Conference fees are as follows (GST is applicable on all registrations):
Early-bird  – SOLD OUT

Regular Rate  deadline April 30 (or until sold out) – $899/personSOLD OUT

Last Call – May 1 to May 25 (or until sold out) – $1100/person SOLD OUT

The conference is sold out! 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Cancellations will be accepted until April 30, 2025 for a full refund. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received between May 1 and 9, 2025. There is no refund for cancellations received after May 9, 2025 and no refund for no-shows at the conference. Substitutions are accepted at any time.
